Routes & Schedules

Carroll Area Transit System provides four Deviated Fixed Route Carroll Transit Shuttles (buses with specific stops at designated times that can go off fixed routes for deviation). They are the Taneytown Shuttle, Westminster to Eldersburg Shuttle, South Carroll Shuttle and the Westminster Shuttle.

There is an additional $1.00 charge for route deviations. Shuttles can deviate within a 3/4 mile corridor of the regular route to stop closer to your origin or destination. To request a route deviation, call CATS one (1) business day in advance at one of the numbers listed on this website.
