CATS Introduces Hotline
Effective Monday, April 21, 2008, Carroll Area Transit Systems (CATS) has implemented a new hotline for customer questions, ideas, concerns or issues.
The dedicated number for the CATS HOTLINE is (410) 857-0886.
Messages left at this number will go directly to CATS' Executive Director Doug Howard. He is encouraging customers and agencies that use CATS to utilize this resource when they have something that requires his attention, or would improve the organization.
Customers should still use the main number - (410) 876-RIDE or (410) 876-7433 for calls to schedule rides, make schedule changes or other regular business.
The CATS Hotline is one of many initiatives that Carroll Area Transit System is implementing to improve and enhance transportation services in Carroll County. Many of the ideas for improving services have come from the Transportation Summit that was held in January and the Transportation Advisory Group that meets monthly.
